Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role

Job Duties
- assist managers in the training and development of the team
- ensure the work area is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
- collaborate with managers concerning operational deficiencies
- oversee daily food and beverage operations to maintain service quality
- manage scheduling and monitor team performance
- address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
