Job Requirements
- always follows proper health code requirements food rotation labeling and sanitation practices
- minimum 1-2 years experience in prep grill or fry cook position
- responsible for prepping cooking and maintaining kitchen
- assume responsibility for quality of products served
- know and comply with portion sizes cooking methods quality standards and kitchen policies
- stock and maintain food products at line stations
- maintain clean and sanitary work station including all kitchen equipment
- prepare items for cooking by portioning battering breading seasoning or marinating
- handle store and rotate all products properly
- assist in food prep during off peak periods
- close kitchen properly and follow closing checklist
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- comfortable working with team in fast paced environment
- accuracy and speed in tasks
- knowledge of culinary trends helpful
- ability to work on feet for 8 plus hours
- able to lift at least 40 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- accureatly and efficiently cook meats fish and other hot food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- perform duties in food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
- prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates
- maintain clean and sanitary work station area
- follow proper health code requirements food rotation labeling and sanitation practices
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations
