Job Duties
- execute all fry station items to vacanza romana’s standards for quality, timing, and presentation
- monitor oil quality, temperature, and cleanliness throughout service
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station before, during, and after service
- assist with prep tasks related to fry items and support other stations when needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- communicate effectively with chefs and expo to ensure smooth service flow
