Job Duties

  • execute all fry station items to vacanza romana’s standards for quality, timing, and presentation
  • monitor oil quality, temperature, and cleanliness throughout service
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station before, during, and after service
  • assist with prep tasks related to fry items and support other stations when needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • communicate effectively with chefs and expo to ensure smooth service flow
