Job Duties
- Execute all fry station items to Vacanza Romana's standards for quality, timing, and presentation
- Monitor oil quality, temperature, and cleanliness throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station before, during, and after service
- Assist with prep tasks related to fry items and support other stations when needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with chefs and expo to ensure smooth service flow
