Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of line cooking experience preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work both morning and evening shifts
- Must be able to perform basic cooking techniques
- Ability to handle food prep duties
- Capacity to operate independently on a kitchen station
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts
- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills proficiently
- Comfortable with preparing and prepping for the assigned station
- Capable of working independently on a single kitchen station
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Refined verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed
- Assist with food prep and setup for the kitchen station
- Receive supervision and training to improve cooking skills
- Ensure timely and efficient food service during shifts
