Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to work both morning and evening shifts
  • Must be able to perform basic cooking techniques
  • Ability to handle food prep duties
  • Capacity to operate independently on a kitchen station
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work AM and PM shifts
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills proficiently
  • Comfortable with preparing and prepping for the assigned station
  • Capable of working independently on a single kitchen station
  • Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Refined verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed
  • Assist with food prep and setup for the kitchen station
  • Receive supervision and training to improve cooking skills
  • Ensure timely and efficient food service during shifts
