Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree or equivalent hotel kitchen experience preferred
- minimum 2 years cooking experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
- excellent communication skills
- physically able to stand for long hours
- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
- willingness to work under supervision and receive ongoing training
Job Qualifications
- Able to work AM and PM shifts
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- able to perform all basic cooking skills
- comfortable with prepping for station
- able to work single station in the kitchen
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- refined verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fried food items to order ensuring quality and consistency
- operate single stations in the kitchen effectively
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- assist in food preparation and station setup
- follow recipes and plating guidelines
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
