- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
- culinary degree or hotel cooking experience
- ability to work AM and PM shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- capability to work independently at a single station
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare fried food items according to Hyatt's quality standards
- operate single kitchen stations efficiently

- assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- participate in kitchen training and development sessions
