Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items at assigned station following established recipes and standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies required for the station
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Comply with health regulations and Hyatt's quality standards
