Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- experience in grilling, broiling and sautéing
- must be fast and capable of working on as many as 30 orders at a time
- must be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers
- knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
- must be able to prepare food quickly and efficiently while maintaining good personal health standards
- valid washington state food handler’s card
- must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- ability to lift 40 pounds
- mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- must tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- must obtain a class iii b license as required by the puyallup tribal gaming regulatory office and washington state gaming commission
- pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food for casino guests
- perform prep work
- assist with line cooking
- organize walk-in storage
- keep work area clean and orderly
- coordinate cooking times with co-workers
- maintain food decoration and temperature standards
