Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged equivalent
experience in grilling, broiling and sautéing
must be fast and capable of working on as many as 30 orders at a time
must be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers
knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
must be able to prepare food quickly and efficiently while maintaining good personal health standards
valid washington state food handler’s card
must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
ability to lift 40 pounds
mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
must tolerate a smoke filled environment
must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
must obtain a class iii b license as required by the puyallup tribal gaming regulatory office and washington state gaming commission
pre-employment drug testing required
