Job Duties
- Work across multiple kitchen stations, including the fryer (Chip), shake, grill, southwest, and expo areas
- Execute the preparation and production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, focusing specifically on fryer operations as a Fry Cook
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards to create a legendary guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the rest of the kitchen and service teams during peak hours to ensure timely order completion
- Assist with stocking, prep work, and general kitchen duties as needed
