Job Duties
- work across multiple kitchen stations including the fryer chip shake grill southwest and expo areas
- execute the preparation and production of all buffalo wild wings food items focusing specifically on fryer operations as a fry cook
- ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards to create a legendary guest experience
- maintain a clean organized and safe work station adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate effectively with the rest of the kitchen and service teams during peak hours to ensure timely order completion
- assist with stocking prep work and general kitchen duties as needed
