Job Requirements
- Must be able to maintain a high level of pace and energy throughout lunch and dinner rushes
- must be quick in hand-breading and frying all items
- must have thorough knowledge of menu to read KDS screen and translate orders immediately
- must maintain proper oil quality by filtering fryers
- must maintain a clean work area
- must be able to prep proper amount of food for any given shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- team player with positive attitude
- attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and arrange food menu items according to instructions
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
- operate fryers with proper oil quality by filtering regularly
- work efficiently during lunch and dinner rushes maintaining a high pace
- read and translate Kitchen Display System (KDS) orders accurately
- prep the proper amount of food for each shift
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service
