Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in culinary techniques including knife skills, food preparation, cooking methods, and meal assembly
  • Experience with menu planning and meal prep for diverse dietary needs or special events
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications relevant to the culinary field
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily operations
  • Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely
  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
  • Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Manage kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies responsibly to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely meal delivery to guests or clients
