Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently ensuring consistent cooking temperatures and golden-fried perfection for all menu items
- Monitor food quality ensuring proper doneness and adherence to company recipes
- Bread and prepare food items for frying according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized fry station following all food safety regulations
- Replenish cooking oil and perform routine fryer maintenance tasks
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
