Job Requirements

  • One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends based on facility event schedule
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, reaching, and handling products
  • Employment is seasonal from mid-September through April, possibly May

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
  • Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
  • Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner

Job Duties

  • Operate deep fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried menu items
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safe for consumption
  • Prepare and season food items before or after frying if necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following health and safety regulations
  • Manage food inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Minimize waste by following established production techniques
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage
