Job Requirements
- One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner
- Must be able to work irregular hours including nights and weekends based on facility event schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, reaching, and handling products
- Employment is seasonal from mid-September through April, possibly May
Job Qualifications
- Ability to produce high quality food in a fast-paced environment
- One year minimum experience in a kitchen environment
- Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- Ability/accommodation to travel to and from work in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Operate deep fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried menu items
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safe for consumption
- Prepare and season food items before or after frying if necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following health and safety regulations
- Manage food inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Minimize waste by following established production techniques
- Follow approved recipes and production standards
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or the Director of Food & Beverage
