Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for recipes, instructions, safety notices, and communication
- Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 60 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, and work up to one mile per shift
- Manual dexterity to use kitchen knives and slicers
- Ability to work in hot, noisy, and wet conditions
- Ability to perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking tasks
- Ability to maintain attendance and a neat appearance
- Ability to communicate with supervisors and coworkers throughout the shift
- Capacity to perform assigned side work including cleaning and restocking
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to obtain or renew government required licenses or certification such as Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Non-Gaming Work Permit and Clark County Health Card
Job Duties
- Prepare food to recipe standards at kitchen/assigned fry station
- Slice, chop, dice, cook and prepare food timely for guest service
- Ensure food items are visually appealing
- Maintain adequate par levels for menu items
- Perform station set-up and cleanliness checks
- Communicate with supervisor during shift
- Replenish condiments and restock banquet shelves
- Follow sanitation standards and clean as you go
- Operate kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, oven, and mixer
- Maintain neat and clean appearance
