Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours including peak shifts
  • Good physical stamina
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
  • Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in fast food or food preparation is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow established recipes and procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries are properly sized and standing tall
  • Manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allow for proper cook and serving times
  • Manage levels of available product
  • Manage the grease levels and quality
  • Maintain a safe, sanitized and high functioning fry station
  • Operate fryers and related equipment according to safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet peak-shift demands
