Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including peak shifts
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast food or food preparation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established recipes and procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries are properly sized and standing tall
- Manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allow for proper cook and serving times
- Manage levels of available product
- Manage the grease levels and quality
- Maintain a safe, sanitized and high functioning fry station
- Operate fryers and related equipment according to safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet peak-shift demands
