Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Capability to work flexible hours including peak times
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast food environment is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Manage yields and quality ensuring each order of fries are properly sized and standing tall
- Manage the quality of each order of fries by controlling levels in a manner that allow for proper cook and serving times
- Manage levels of available product
- Manage the grease levels and quality
- Maintain a safe, sanitized and high functioning fry station
- Prepare fries according to established recipes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service during peak shifts
