Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
fruit or food design experience, a plus
bi-lingual, a plus
able to work longer hours during holidays and on weekends
must be able to stand and work in hot or cold temps for extended periods of time
able to lift 25-40 pounds
capable of working under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment
good organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

Plan, prep, and cut fruit (chocolate dip some fruit when necessary)
check fruit regularly for quality and freshness, meeting company and FDA standards
receive and inspect all deliveries
keep cooler clean and organized at all times
assist in other departments as needed
