Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- available to work flexible hours including Monday through Saturday scheduling
- able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items up to 70 pounds
- reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- open to receiving feedback and improvement suggestions
- previous bakery, restaurant, or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- able to communicate effectively in English
- committed to following dress code and personal hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions including recipes and safety rules
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals
- utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags effectively to frost cakes
- prioritize cake pre-orders and manage walk-in guest orders
- ensure adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the display case
- adhere to packaging, labeling, and storage standards
- monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management of replenishment needs
- evaluate quality of baked and frosted cakes and report issues
- clean, sanitize, and restock workstations and prepare for next shifts
- follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- assist lead baker in following proprietary baking recipes and production methods
- prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking
- operate commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other bakery tools
- assist in baking process monitoring and production flow
- maintain baking and refrigeration logs
- support cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- demonstrate strong commitment to core company values and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
