Job Duties
- Using pastry bags to frost cakes of all sizes while adhering to brand and time standards
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to make frosting
- Reading, organizing and fulfilling pre-paid cake order tickets
- Using the FIFO method to rotate ingredients and complete tickets
- Communication between departments to ensure walk-in orders are completed
- Washing pastry bags, utensils and containers
- Cleaning and general upkeep of frosting area
- Receiving and shelving truck shipments
- Following food service health and safety standards
