Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle commercial-grade baking equipment safely
- Reliable transportation to the bakery location
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as needed
- Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Basic math skills to measure ingredients accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or bakery environment preferred
- Ability to follow standardized frosting application techniques precisely
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes
- Ensures an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
