Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- basic PC knowledge
- food handlers card required
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Entering food orders using cash register POS system
- handling cash and credit transactions carefully and efficiently
- delivering food to guest tables
- bagging food for takeout orders
- maintaining a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins before and after shift
- maintaining fresh coffee, unsweetened tea, lemonade, and horchata
- maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant to standard, including restrooms
- assisting in resolving customer questions and concerns
- taking pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
- maintaining food safety HACCP checks daily
- completing other duties as assigned by supervisor
