Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
- Food and alcohol service certifications required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive table service throughout the guest dining experience
- Guide guests through menu selections including steaks, sides, wine, and cocktails
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance satisfaction
- Maintain a calm, confident presence in a fine dining environment
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings
- Communicate menu details including preparation methods, ingredients, and pairings
- Support upselling initiatives through thoughtful recommendations
- Stay informed on menu changes and daily features
- Follow all service standards, timing, and table maintenance procedures
- Coordinate service with support staff to ensure seamless execution
- Accurately enter orders and manage checks
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, support staff, and culinary teams
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- Accept coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to a respectful and team-oriented work environment
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
