Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Class A gaming license
- Valid California driver's license
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to write reports and correspondence

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
- At least 2 years' relevant experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence and reports
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
- Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardized situations
- Ability to analyze and interpret business periodicals, journals, and regulations
- Ability to present information to groups and respond to inquiries
- Proficiency with mathematical skills including basic algebra
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain Class A gaming license
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a California driver's license
- Working knowledge of property management system
- Ability to maintain favorable working relationships with departments and team members
Job Duties
- Provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to guests, supervisors and team members
- Supervise staff including recruitment, training, counseling, performance evaluation and discipline
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and heavy resort activity
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints by conducting investigations and determining effective solutions
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Monitor performance to ensure workload is distributed and balanced appropriately
