Job Duties
- Answer guests' questions and provide accurate info about rooms, restaurants, casino events, and promotions with a smile
- Resolve complaints with a friendly touch and keep your supervisor in the loop about anything unusual
- Roll out the red carpet by opening doors for guests as they arrive and depart
- Load and unload guests' luggage from their vehicles
- Transport luggage and escort guests to their rooms, providing room orientation and insider tips
- Process tickets for guest items and assist with luggage
- Maintain control and security of the luggage area, ensuring peace of mind for guests
