Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to lift heavy luggage
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- knowledge of basic traffic and safety protocols
- physical stamina to assist with luggage and vehicle transportation
Job Duties
- transport guest vehicles to and from the parking structure promptly and courteously
- escort and transport luggage for arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- control traffic around the front entrance to ensure safety and order
- acquaint each guest with hotel and room features and services
- maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times
