Job Requirements
- Front desk experience preferred
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to upsell products and services
- Availability for opening shifts from 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Experience with Zenoti software a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet new and existing clients and make them feel comfortable
- Build rapport with new and existing clients
- Check clients in and re-book them for next appointment after checkout
- Answer questions and educate clients on services, products, and subscriptions
- Manage cash drawer
- Answer phone
- Schedule appointments
- Take and relay messages
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary salon including laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting
