- previous customer service/front desk experience
- experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- excellent oral communication skills
- sit or stand for long periods of time
- working Saturdays are a must

Job Duties
- greet customers and initiate a luxury experience
- professional and welcoming presentation
- ability to maintain composure in high pressure and fast paced environment
- answer and direct calls of multi line phone system
- assist with inventory counts and store open and or close
- type appraisals
- proficient computer skills
- prepare outgoing mail
- keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
