Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office supervision or related hospitality role
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Proficiency in managing cash transactions
  • Knowledge of front desk software and reservation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to standards operating procedures
  • Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially housekeeping, reservations
  • Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy
