Job Requirements

  • previous front office management or supervisory experience preferred
  • experience in hospitality is beneficial
  • working knowledge of Opera PMS software is a plus
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead and mentor staff effectively
  • commitment to high-quality customer service
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to frequently stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability for morning and evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • previous front office management or supervisory experience of at least 3 years preferred
  • hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • working knowledge of Opera PMS software is advantageous
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • bilingual abilities are a plus
  • ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members
  • passion for delivering outstanding luxury service
  • strong customer service, organizational, and sales skills
  • willingness to work in a team environment
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead day-to-day operations of front desk and valet teams
  • assist guests with arrival and departure processes
  • handle room assignments and special guest requests
  • communicate effectively with other hotel departments
  • train, coach, and supervise front desk agents and valets
  • manage departmental accounting including revenue and guest account transactions
  • ensure smooth front desk operations and exceptional guest service
