Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a front office or supervisory role in hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in property management computer systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Customer service orientation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Knowledge of hotel policies and brand standards
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee workload during shifts of front office associates
- May train new employees, provide coaching when necessary
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Update group information and relay to appropriate front office staff
- Prepare and review daily front desk reports, take action as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and brand standards
- Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system including software maintenance and report generation
- Ensure employees are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times
- Work any needed shifts including holidays and weekends
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Assist in other hotel areas occasionally
