Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front office or related hospitality position
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with property management systems and front office software
- Ability to handle guest concerns effectively and efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to collaborate with various hotel departments
- Ability to act as Manager on Duty when required
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in front office or hospitality roles
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with property management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solve

Job Duties
- Oversee workload during shifts of front office associates
- May train new employees, provide coaching when necessary
- Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Update group information and relay to appropriate front office employees
- Prepare and review daily front desk reporting, take action as appropriate
- Ensure implementation and compliance of all company policies and brand standards
- Operate all aspects of front office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes
- Ensure employees are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and other employees
- Act as Manager on Duty when required, provide guidance and support to all departments
- May assist other hotel areas such as housekeeping, breakfast service, or engineering
- Perform other duties as requested by management
