Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or resort front office experience
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work under pressure during busy times
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to think clearly and make concise decisions
- Availability to work overnight shifts
- Familiarity with front desk technical equipment and hotel procedures
- Previous cash handling experience
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel or resort front office experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with relevant computer systems such as Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, and Microsoft Office
- Previous cash handling experience
Job Duties
- Ensure the appropriate check-in and check-out of guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest issues and resolve complaints promptly
- Train and mentor front desk agents
- Manage shift checklist and run front desk in absence of Assistant Manager
- Perform rooms control duties
- Maintain familiarity with technical equipment related to the front desk
- Understand and apply all hotel facilities, offerings, and emergency procedures
