Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel or resort front office experience
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy times
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to think clearly and make concise decisions
  • Availability to work overnight shifts
  • Familiarity with front desk technical equipment and hotel procedures
  • Previous cash handling experience

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or resort front office experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English verbally and in writing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
  • Experience with relevant computer systems such as Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous cash handling experience

Job Duties

  • Ensure the appropriate check-in and check-out of guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle guest issues and resolve complaints promptly
  • Train and mentor front desk agents
  • Manage shift checklist and run front desk in absence of Assistant Manager
  • Perform rooms control duties
  • Maintain familiarity with technical equipment related to the front desk
  • Understand and apply all hotel facilities, offerings, and emergency procedures
