Job Duties
- Operate SMS lodging system
- check-in and checkout large volume of guests
- manage phone calls from guestrooms and outside lines
- follow cash handling and banking outlined by general cashier
- resolve guest concerns at first contact
- attend departmental meetings
- follow AHC handbook policies and standard operating procedures
- actively assist guests and provide guest service
- ensure quality and level of service meets company standards
- complete daily responsibilities and cleaning task list
- report any unusual behavior or issues to management
- assist with reviews and interviews
- handle confidential guest information
- follow hotel green policies
- ensure trash and recyclables are taken out
- actively work with department staff
