Job Requirements

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members
  • strong knowledge in PMS with V1 experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership qualities
  • experience in interviewing, hiring, and training team members
  • planning, assigning, and directing work
  • appraising performance
  • rewarding and disciplining team members
  • smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
  • proficiency in smartphone use for company applications, email, and text
  • must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems, preferably V1
  • demonstrated leadership and motivational skills
  • experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff performance
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with smartphones and company applications
  • ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • detail oriented and well organized

Job Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Management team in creating and implementing an effective front and back of house strategy
  • assist in managing room inventory to maintain highest possible occupancy and ADR
  • maintain procedures for credit control, financial transactions, guest security, and emergency protocols
  • guide and support Front Office Agents in daily responsibilities and operations
  • review and address departmental guest complaints ensuring timely corrective action
  • control the daily host block for suites and special room blocks
  • communicate with other departments to ensure proper handling of guests and groups
  • review performance, productivity, and efficiency of team members including periodic evaluations
  • handle guest complaints and support guest service programs
  • understand and enforce departmental and company policies and procedures
  • exhibit passion for hospitality and gaming to enhance guest experience
  • take personal responsibility for delivering excellent guest service
  • perform other duties as assigned
