Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferably in HR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information required

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, team members, and job applicants in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person
  • Handle administrative duties such as electronic filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with processing new hire paperwork
  • Make badges for new hires, team members, vendors, and students
  • Assist team members with basic requests
  • Manage all front office duties
