Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling and computerized Point of Sale system preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Possess a working knowledge of the front desk, efficiently handle check-in and checkout processes according to hotel procedures and standards
- Be knowledgeable and proficient with the property management system (Opera cloud)
- Establish appropriate credit at time of guest check-in
- issue room keys and familiarize guests with the services and areas of the property
- Manage guest issues effectively, balancing guest needs and business objectives
- Use discretion and professionalism in resolving guest conflicts and consult management if assistance is needed
- Conduct adequate follow-up with guests and team members
- Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of guests
- Safely park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain flexible schedules with availability to work weekends, peak hours, and holidays as needed
