Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as front desk representative, one to two years minimum related experience required
- punctual with strong attendance history
- familiarity with office machines such as fax, printer, etc.
- excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
- good organizational, time management and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize
- problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- strong communication and customer service orientation
- excellent typing skills

Job Duties
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls or answer any questions
- welcome guests and notify company personnel of arrival
- assist with setting up lists and files for new projects
- receive mail, packages, etc. and distribute them
- prepare outgoing mail and packages
- format and edit letters as requested
- create file labels and mailing labels
- order lunches for meetings as needed
- assist associates and owners with tasks as needed
- perform other clerical duties as assigned
- coordinate with IT for meeting needs including conference calling, video, and web
- maintain office supplies and order when necessary through various vendors
- assist project managers, contractors, and plan rooms with project bid documents and plan holder records
- assist with legal advertisements and proof of publications
- finalize letters, research addresses, and proofreading
- assist with parcel data records research
