Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, move, or place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- compliance with quality assurance standards
- willingness to perform reasonable work-related tasks as requested by supervisors

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-in and check-out and adapt to changes
- ensure payments and verify billing adjustments as necessary
- provide guests with room information, hotel facilities, directions, amenities and local points of interest
- prepare daily reports and review all information to communicate to the next shift
- complete cashier and closing reports and count cash accurately at the end of each shift
- accept and register guest wake-up calls and relay to appropriate department
- communicate emergencies, lost items or thefts to authorities or security staff
- maintain contingency lists for emergencies and relay necessary messages
