Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Audiology, hearing science, or Speech Language Pathology preferred
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Ability to utilize an electronic medical record system
- Ability to communicate professionally written and verbal

Job Duties
- Interact with hearing aid instrument manufacturer/suppliers regarding the status of orders/repairs
- Maintain stock of office and clinical supplies
- Assist with form completion including purchase agreements, returns and repairs
- Perform checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to hearing aids, earmolds and other amplification devices under the direction of the Audiologist
- Clean hearing aids and other amplification devices for walk in patients or hearing aids that were dropped off
- Assist in checking hearing aid insurance benefits for patients
- Back up the receptionist by answering phone calls and scheduling patients for appointments
- Assist in daily setup and closure
