Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • hands-on experience with office equipment
  • professional attitude and appearance
  • solid written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • customer-first mindset
  • bilingual English and Spanish
  • ability to work 6am-2:45pm Monday - Friday

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • further training in office administration is beneficial
  • previous experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities or customer service administration preferred
  • strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • hands-on experience with office equipment

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests when they arrive
  • complete sign-in of all guests and assign them a visitor badge
  • answer, screen and forward calls and messages
  • ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, email, teams
  • receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries as needed
  • maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • utilize calendars for scheduled meetings
  • perform other clerical receptionist duties that may be requested such as filing, data entry, photocopying
