Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- hands-on experience with office equipment
- professional attitude and appearance
- solid written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- customer-first mindset
- bilingual English and Spanish
- ability to work 6am-2:45pm Monday - Friday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- further training in office administration is beneficial
- previous experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities or customer service administration preferred
- strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive
- complete sign-in of all guests and assign them a visitor badge
- answer, screen and forward calls and messages
- ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, email, teams
- receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries as needed
- maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- utilize calendars for scheduled meetings
- perform other clerical receptionist duties that may be requested such as filing, data entry, photocopying
