Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Must be able to work in an overnight environment
  • Open availability including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Great and thorough attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully, especially during overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage the guest registration process efficiently
  • Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests
  • Process forms of payment accurately
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Prepare night audit procedures and detailed reports
  • Balance daily transactions and identify errors
  • Greet guests, handle check-ins and checkouts on overnight shifts
  • Work productively in a self-managed environment
