Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in front office or related hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Customer service background preferred
- Previous experience in hotel environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
- Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Great and thorough attention to detail

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous hotel background preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee front desk operations and staff training
- Coordinate inter-department communications to ensure seamless guest service
- Manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and efficiency
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Support and assist front office team members to enhance performance
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Report to the Front Office Manager and collaborate on operational improvements
