- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

- refined verbal and written communication skills
- minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
- open availability - ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
