Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
  • Open availability able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand long periods of time
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous hotel background preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the front desk operation including staff training
  • Coordinate inter-department communications
  • Manage staff scheduling
  • Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns in a friendly manner
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to guarantee guest satisfaction
  • Support and assist front office colleagues
  • Report to the Front Office Manager
