Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related fields
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability in hospitality operations
- Proficient in understanding financial statements and performance data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in staff training, development, and scheduling
Job Duties
- Ensure goals related to guest tracking and productivity are communicated to the team
- Understand and communicate employee and guest satisfaction results, addressing needs and expanding strengths
- Lead by example with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Assist employees in exceeding guests' evolving needs and expectations
- Follow property-specific effort and recovery plans
- Publish guest satisfaction results timely and take proactive approaches to employee concerns
