Job Requirements

  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work overnight shifts starting at 10 pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of OnQ experience
  • At least eighteen months of management experience within Hilton
  • Previous luxury hotel experience highly preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective team leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all front office operations including guest service and registration (check-in/check-out)
  • oversee room inventory and availability
  • enforce guest service standards and initiatives
  • monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations
  • respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns efficiently
  • implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize revenue
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
  • participate in budgeting and forecasting
  • complete audit procedures as needed
