Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm with no errors
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write correspondence
  • Strong reasoning and common sense skills
  • Knowledge of EMR, database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a pleasant disposition
  • Approximately 50 percent of the role involves interacting successfully with patients and colleagues

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including database and word processing software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic math proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage client scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Collect payments and process transactions through an EMR system
  • Greet clients warmly and provide assistance with inquiries
  • Maintain organized client records and update databases accurately
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, and in person
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to promote office efficiency
