Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with scheduling and payment collection preferred
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute accurately
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong interpersonal and reasoning skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to relate and work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills including EMR, database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with no errors
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Manage client scheduling using EMR system
  • Collect payments from clients accurately and efficiently
  • Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Coordinate with therapy staff to optimize appointment flow
  • Maintain patient records and information confidentiality
  • Respond to client inquiries in person and via phone
  • Support daily administrative tasks related to client care
